Just Beet it! Juice
- 1 beet root + (beet greens–optional)
- 4 carrots
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 granny smith apple
- 3 leaves of swiss chard
- 1 large handful of parsley
- 1 finger of ginger
Wash ingredients well. Juice! & Drink immediately!
