Cucumber Zinger Juice

Cucumbers are a natural, mild diuretic.  I eat and drink them on the reg.  I LOVE this juice. So easy.  So refreshing.  Perfect for helping your belly feel flatter vs. fatter during that time of the month.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 finger of ginger
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • wedge of lemon
  • ice cubes

Instructions:

Juice cucumber, ginger and parsley.  Pour into your favorite ice filled glass and squeeze lemon wedge on top of juice.  Cheers! Drink up!
