Just Beet it! Juice


  • 1 beet root + (beet greens–optional)
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 3 leaves of swiss chard
  • 1 large handful of parsley
  • 1 finger of ginger


Wash ingredients well.  Juice! & Drink immediately!

Health Benefits:

Beets: Help cleanse the blood and colon, strengthen the gallbladder and liver

Carrots: High in vitamin C, nourish the skin, have powerful cleansing properties that detoxify the liver
